Suggested use
For ages 3-6 years four soft gels daily with food or as directed by your health care professional. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.

Purified arctic cod liver oil soft gel capsule (gelatin glycerin water natural flavor) RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant) natural flavor rosemary extract (a natural preservative).
