Suggested use
For infants 0-12 months:

| 11-20 lb | 2 ml |
| 21-25 lb | 3 ml |
| 26-30 lb | 4 ml |
| 31-35 lb | 5 ml |
- Using dropper measure appropriate dose based on baby’s weight (see chart above).
- Add Baby’s DHA to food breast milk or infant formula once daily or as directed by your pediatrician.
- Clean dropper thoroughly between each use especially if dropper contacts baby’s mouth.
- Store bottle with original cap in refrigerator.
Refrigerate after opening. Best if used within 3 months of opening.
Other ingredients
Purified arctic cod liver oil rosemary extract (a natural preservative) RRR-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant) vitamin D3 (olive oil cholecalciferol).
No gluten milk derivatives or artificial colors or flavors.
This product and its ingredients do not contains common GE genes or proteins.
Warnings
Do not take if tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
Consult with your physician before using this product if your baby has a known medical condition is taking medications (including blood thinners) or is allergic to iodine.
