This product is helpful for occasional sleeplessness.
Suggested use
Adults take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. No water necessary.
Other ingredients
Xylitol cellulose gum soy polysaccharides dextrin dextrose crospovidone maltodextrin modified food starch silicon dioxide malic acid natural flavors stearic acid beet root extract (color) magnesium stearate citric acid.
Contains: Wheat soy.
NO: Milk egg fish crustacean shellfish tree nuts peanuts sesame.
