To use as a penetrating moisturizer or as a natural massage oil apply a few drops on skin and gently massage until absorbed. For a nourishing hair and scalp treatment rub in a generous amount before washing. 

For more manageable and smooth hair spread a dime size amount between your palms and distribute evenly to the middle and ends of wet or dry hair.
