Better Butter
Our ghee starts with the highest quality grass-fed and pasture-raised butter. We cook it down (also called clarifying) to remove the water and milk solids making it a purer form of butter! It’s better because it can be digested by lactose-intolerant people can be heated to extremely high temperatures and is rich in flavor. Use it anywhere you would use regular butter!
*No significant difference has been shown between milk derived from rBST-treated and non-rBST-treated cows.
