Suggested use
Adults take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. No water necessary.

Xylitol cellulose gum soy polysaccharides dextrose crospovidone dextrin modified food starch maltodextrin silicon dioxide malic acid natural flavor stearic acid beet root extract (color) magnesium stearate citric acid.
